- Friday and Saturdays: Minimum 6 hours

- Sunday Through Thursday: Minimum 3 hours

Anything after 6 hours is charged in one hour increments.

There will be a one time charge cleaning fee for the Bridal Chateau and the Groom's Suite

Ceremony Arch Chandelier Rental

Day of Golf Cart Shuttle Service for Ceremony and Reception  (Waiver must be signed by booking party) 

Grahambassador Requirement: 

  • All hourly and ala carte rentals require one (1) Grambassador for every (75) guests. Each Grambassador is billed at $25 per hour, with a three (3) hour minimum, and this service is mandatory.

For events hosting more than 250 guests, a Wear and Tear Fee of $5.00 per person will be applied for each guest exceeding the 250-person limit. This fee covers additional maintenance, cleaning, and property preservation required for larger gatherings and will be included in the final invoice. Guest counts for this calculation will be based on the final confirmed guest list or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
